We request that appropriate footwear is worn: Golf shoes are not permitted upstairs in the bar and restaurant areas. In case it has not been noticed, and as previous information, players are requested to please refrain from pulling golf carts into the locker rooms and front entrances at any time. It is costing the Club time and considerable expenses in keeping rugs & carpets clean. Your help with this request is greatly appreciated. New notices are being put up in the changing rooms and toilet areas to inform every one of the cleaning that takes place, but should they require attention please do not hesitate to let Gyorgy or the Manager or Margaret know. The monthly 50/50 Club House draw has officially started.50% of all proceeds each month will go to one winner with the other 50% going to Club House funds. The February draw is now on. St Patrick's Day will soon be upon us, and the Club has agreed to take part in the ever-popular procession. If anyone wants to participate and has ideas for our contribution, please drop a note at the Office. The year 2017 marks the 250th anniversary of Westport Town, and in keeping with this, the Parade will reflect this. So please give us your ideas asap. We will be sending out a short survey request to help us find out members’ thoughts and ideas on Club House issues. The form is available for on-line completion, or otherwise, copies of this form will be available upstairs at the bar where you can leave your completed survey form in the collection box marked ‘members study’. It is anticipated as many of you will contribute. A special prize awaits the lucky participant! It is enough to be going on with for now.
