Carnew Emmets Camogie Club
Wicklow Camogie Board, along with Sabrina Larkin, Leinster Participation and Growth Officer, invites all players on the 2017 U14 Co Camogie Development Squad as well as current U12s who might join the Development Squad in 2018 to attend 2 Workshops. These workshops will be in the Centre of Excellence, Ballinakill on Thursday Nov 9th + Thursday Nov 16th from 7pm to 8.15pm. They will introduce the girls to the areas of 1) Nutrition and how it fuels the body + 2) Strength + Conditioning and how it helps the body to grow strong, perform at a high level and guard against injury. Both areas are vital in the life of the developing intercounty Camogie Player and we ask you to encourage your players (born in 2003/04/05) to attend. All activity is Indoors - wear runners. Carnew Musical Society will present 'Sister Act' in St Brigid's Hall, Carnew from Monday 27th November - Saturday 2nd December.
