October is Reuse Month. Sharon Murphy, The Bead and Button Emporium, Gorey, hosted an Upcycle Jewellery Workshop for students from VTOS Bunclody. They learned how to fashion old pieces of jewellery and clothes into new pieces at this very creative workshop. Sharon who is a artist/designer, assisted students by making a wonderful selection of pieces from old t-shirts, fabrics and broken jewellery. Thank you to Mary Waters, VTOS Bunclody and her wonderful team for coming along to Bunclody Library and taking part in the workshop. A special thanks to those who agreed to model their fabulous works of art. This event is in partnership with the Environment Department of Wexford County Council.
